We're here to help you get the most out of your OceanAppi apps. Most account tasks can be done yourself from your dashboard.

Free trials

Every app starts with a free trial. The trial length is shown on each app's page. Add your payment details any time before the trial ends to keep your app running without interruption.

Billing and payments

Payments are handled securely by Paystack. To pay, change plan, or see your invoices, open your dashboard, choose the subscription, and use the options there. Your full payment history is under Billing.

Using your own domain

You can point your own domain at your app. Open the subscription in your dashboard, add your domain under Custom domain, then create the DNS record shown there with your domain provider. Click Verify once the record is in place. DNS changes can take a little while to take effect.

Cancelling a subscription

Open the subscription in your dashboard and choose Cancel subscription. Once a subscription is cancelled you can also delete it.

Account and sign-in

You can change your email address or password on your Account page. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google to sign in.
